John has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. John is a visionary leader whose mission is empowering his clients to thrive in life. As the helmsman of the Parker Private Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, he provides the fundamental direction and inspiration for the team, its goals, and its objectives. John’s group concentrates on serving the needs of high-net-worth individuals, offering guidance on wealth management, estate planning, retirement plans, insurance planning, and business succession planning.
John has been recognized by Wells Fargo Advisors as a Premier Advisor², a distinction that reflects a high degree of professional achievement and commitment to client service. He has also been recognized multiple times as one of Barron’s Top 1,200 Advisors³ as well as one of the Financial Times Top 400 Advisors.⁴
Away from the office, John is passionate about several charities in the Philadelphia region. He is proud to be a chairman of the American Association for Cancer Research’s “Party with a Purpose.” This event has raised millions of dollars in the quest to conquer cancer. John also serves as the Chairman of the Virtua Foundation, a non-profit whose mission is to transform health care for everyone in South Jersey.
John is married and enjoys time with his sons, John Jay Jr. and Gavin, as well as with his daughter, Sky. Outside of the office, he spends his time coaching the multiple sports teams his children play on. His wife, Veronica, is a Wellness Expert, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and Meditation Coach. In addition, she inspires women to experience happiness and purpose through her workshops, retreats, and healing sessions.
