In this role at BMS, he represents the company before state legislators, regulators, Governors and other health care stakeholders. Ethan’s primary responsibility is to develop and implement successful government relations strategies by anticipating, identifying and addressing emerging public policy issues with a comprehensive understanding of the states’ legislative and political environments.
Before joining BMS in 2016, Ethan was the New Jersey Director of Government Relations at the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS-CAN). At ACS CAN he advocated and lobbied state legislators to advance public policies that benefit cancer patients, promote early detection of cancer and that prevent cancer.
Prior to ACS CAN, Ethan served as Chief of Staff to New Jersey State Assemblyman Herb Conaway, MD and former Assemblyman Jack Conners. He also was the Director of Government Relations at the New Jersey Technology Council, and began his career as a legislative aide to former New Jersey Assemblyman David Mayer. Additionally, Ethan has worked on several state legislative and local political campaigns.
Ethan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Political Science, and earned a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Rutgers University in Camden.
As an active member of the community, Ethan volunteers as a youth lacrosse coach, a member of the Marlton Boys Lacrosse Board, and a member of the American Cancer Society South Jersey Advisory Council.
A pharmacist by profession, Kruti manages Community, A Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy in Camden. She has been in this role for over 6 years but has been in pharmacy management for almost two decades.
Kruti started her career in community service working as a lieutenant for U.S Public Health Service and had the privilege to serve patients during Hurricane Katrina while living in Louisiana. She is a strong proponent for connecting the ‘gaps in care’ and assisting patients in finding affordable medications. She is also an advocate for chronic kidney disease and dialysis patients.
Kruti is also a wife, mother, daughter and sister. In her spare time, she is busy spending time with her family, doing yoga, travelling, watching football & enjoying any outdoor activities. She is also a volunteer teacher at the local Sunday school for kids and a board member at ITA. She truly appreciates the opportunity to serve CHFC.
Kruti has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and also holds Certified Specialty Pharmacist certificate.

He started his career in municipal government as a computer programmer and shortly after, focused his career on IT in manufacturing. Angel pursued multiple roles in Information Technology throughout his career, building his expertise to take up leadership roles in IT and Business Management.
Angel is currently the Head of Global IT Business Partners for a Health Care solutions company in New Jersey.
In addition to his professional roles, Angel also manages a real estate investment portfolio in South Jersey and is currently working on several real estate and agricultural projects in our region.
Having grown up in Camden NJ, Angel focused on his education and earned several university scholarships. Angel is passionate about giving back to his community and has led various scholarship and award programs for students in Camden City pursuing higher education. Angel hopes to leverage his experience to contribute to the mission of the
Cherry Hill Free Clinic.
Prior to joining LSAC, Abdul-Kareem worked for the American Kidney Fund, where he developed strategic alliances to increase access to dialysis treatment for patients suffering from chronic kidney disease.
He has experience in various roles with other non-profit organizations as well as in the corporate sector.
He currently serves as a board member for the Philadelphia Environmental Film Festival, as well as the Cherry Hill Free Clinic.
Sanjay Cheulkar, is the Chief Operations Officer at North American Spine and Pain, and brings
over 15 years of healthcare management experience. Physician by background, Sanjay has

He has worked in integrated health systems such as Thedacare (WI) and Virtua (NJ) overseeing
Emergency Rooms, Surgical Departments, Out Patient Centers, etc. Sanjay is involved in
mentoring young healthcare administrators in Healthcare Leadership Network of Delaware
Valley, a local chapter with ACHE. He is also on Board of HLNDV and editorial board of ACHE.
Sanjay lives with his family in South Jersey and enjoys travelling to newer places. He has
travelled to more than 35 states in continental USA.
Sarah Brand is a Senior Audit Manager in the Commercial and Real Estate Groups with over 20
years of public accounting, serving both public and private companies.
Sarah has significant experience in the commercial and real estate industries. She has served
clients in the manufacturing and distribution, health care industries, and professional services
firms, including security companies, lawyers, and dentists, among others. In addition, she has
been providing accounting and auditing services for a variety of real estate clients, including
private equity real estate funds, commercial and residential real estate companies, hotels, and

technology, and life sciences.
Trinka is a midwife, mother, educator, and medical ethicist. She was honored to share in the lives of medically underserved women in Pennsylvania and Michigan for more than thirty-five years and to catch more than two thousand babies. After retiring from clinical practice, she led a hospital-wide quality and safety initiative for two years in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Her life-long goal has been universal access to high quality care that is rooted in respect, engagement, and empowerment.
In retirement, Trinka helped to launch the organizational side of CHFC, and to form its initial board of directors. She also participates in the Community Advisory Board of Samaritan Hospice, the Virtua Hospital Ethics Committee, and the national Noninvasive Prenatal Testing Advisory Committee, and is on the Board of Directors for QARI: the Qur’an, Arabic, and Reflection Institute. Most recently she co-authored Producing Parenthood: Islamic Bioethical Perspectives & Normative Implications, which was published in The New Bioethics, February 2020.

Healthcare strategist, community advocate and feminist Suzanne Ghee is the President and
CEO of Thrive Public Affairs, a recently launched consulting firm. Before becoming an
entrepreneur, she was Head of Community Health Engagement at Virtua Health System
spearheading disruptive solutions to complex social issues. In 2018, she was named
Community Advocate of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners
South Jersey and is also the recipient of a National Innovation Award by the American Heart
Association for her work in creating and launching the Virtua Mobile Farmers Market program,
the largest of its kind in the country.
Suzanne has spent her career working tirelessly to create partnerships with other community
organizations, government officials, advocacy groups and nonprofit trade associations to
advance health and well-being. She has over 18 years of experience and prior to joining Virtua;
Suzanne worked at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) in the Office of Government
Affairs, Community Relations and Advocacy which directed the local and national advocacy
initiatives for the nation’s number one children’s hospital. Before joining CHOP, she worked for
the American College of Physicians on national healthcare issues affecting medical students
and resident physicians.
Suzanne has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Temple University and a Master of
Science Degree in Public Administration concentrating in Health Policy from Widener University.
In addition to serving on the Board of Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Suzanne serves on the Board of
Trustees to the Food Bank of South Jersey.
