When you provide your mobile number to Cherry Hill Free Clinic (“CHFC”), you agree to receive non-marketing text messages related to your relationship with CHFC. These messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and appointment-related updates

  • MyChart account and access-related notifications

  • Care coordination and administrative communications related to your care.

Cherry Hill Free Clinic does not use SMS for marketing or advertising purposes.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from that program.
